Jon Rahm has shared some happy family news after confirming that he and his wife Kelley have welcomed their fourth child, a baby girl named Begoña Cahill Rahm.
The 31-year-old Spaniard announced the news on Friday, October 16, just days after reaching an agreement to leave LIV Golf. The two-time major champion posted a family photograph on social media and revealed that his wife and their newborn daughter were doing well.
«Feeling incredibly grateful and blessed to have welcomed another little girl into our family this week,» Rahm wrote.
«Momma and baby are doing great, and we’re soaking up every moment as a family of six.»
The former world No. 1 and his wife are already parents to three children. Their first son, Kepa, was born in April 2021, followed by Eneko in August 2022. In September 2024, the couple welcomed their first daughter, Alaia.
The arrival of Begoña means the Spanish golfer and Kelley now have two sons and two daughters.
Earlier this month, Rahm withdrew from the Spanish Open because his wife was expecting to give birth. The golfer had hoped to participate in his home tournament, which he previously won in 2018, 2019 and 2022.
However, the former Masters champion decided to remain in the United States with his family.
The Spaniard had already made it clear that his participation would depend on when the baby arrived and whether Kelley and their daughter were healthy.

Rahm and Kelley have been together for a decade
Rahm met his future wife while attending Arizona State University, where he was a member of the university’s golf team.
Kelley, whose maiden name is Cahill, also competed in college sports and was involved in track and field.
The two started dating in 2016, when the Spanish golfer was beginning his professional career.
In 2018, Rahm proposed during a hike at Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve in California. The couple married on December 13, 2019, at the Basilica of Begoña in Bilbao, Spain.
The church is located not far from Barrika, the town in the Basque Country where the two-time major winner grew up.
Interestingly, the couple have now given their youngest daughter the name Begoña, which is also the name of the basilica where they married.
Rahm has often spoken about the importance of his family during his professional career.
When his first son Kepa was born in April 2021, the Spaniard was preparing for the Masters at Augusta National.
A few months later, Rahm won the US Open at Torrey Pines, collecting the first major title of his career.
His second son Eneko arrived in August 2022, while his first daughter Alaia was born in September 2024, during his first season with LIV Golf.
The 31-year-old has continued to travel around the world for tournaments while raising his children with Kelley.
Rahm’s latest family announcement also comes during a period when he has been making important decisions about his future in professional golf.

Rahm agrees to give up millions to leave LIV Golf
Earlier this week, court documents revealed that the Spaniard had reached a separation agreement with LIV Golf.
The former world No. 1 joined the Saudi-backed circuit in December 2023, signing a contract reportedly worth more than $300 million.
However, the league filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in September 2026 after losing financial support from Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund.
Rahm subsequently decided that he did not want to participate in the proposed new version of the competition, known as LIV 2.0.
His lawyer, John Beck, explained the player’s position during a bankruptcy court hearing earlier this month.
«[Rahm] has independently reviewed the proposed terms of LIV 2.0 … and has determined that those terms are unacceptable to him, and he will not be participating going forward,» Beck said.
Under the proposed separation agreement, the Spaniard will give up claims to unpaid money and future payments reportedly exceeding $100 million.
In return, the two-time major winner will regain control of his name, image and likeness rights, including the Rahmbo nickname and the Legion XIII team name.
The agreement still requires approval from the US Bankruptcy Court, with a hearing scheduled for November 5.

During his three seasons on LIV Golf, Rahm won the individual season championship every year and collected more than $100 million in tournament prize money and bonuses.
His departure could also open the door to a return to the PGA Tour, although no agreement has been announced.
The Spaniard remains a member of the DP World Tour and could spend the 2027 season competing primarily on the European circuit.
He is expected to return to competition at the Abu Dhabi Championship in November, followed by the DP World Tour Championship in Dubai if he qualifies.
