Andrea Reale has passed away at the age of 58. The eldest son of golf instructor Agostino and brother to Michele and Stefano, he belonged to a family of golfers who have distinguished themselves—and continue to do so—in both competitive play and coaching. Born in Biella, he enjoyed a successful amateur career, becoming the Italian Under-18 and Under-21 Champion and securing victories in events such as the Palla d’Oro INA, the Leone San Marco, and the Memorial Cerutti.

After turning professional in 1989, he played on the Challenge Tour (now the HotelPlanner Tour) before dedicating himself to coaching. Together with his brothers, he founded the Reale Golf School, managing the branch at Golf Club Villa Carolina, where he served as the head instructor. He paid special attention to the short game and was a putting specialist. Outside of golf, he was a licensed pilot—a passion he pursued with enthusiasm.
