She finished tied with Australian Kirsten Rudgeley (70, 67, 69, 67) and South African Casandra Alexander (69, 71, 67, 66), then overtook them with a birdie on the fifth extra hole.

In fourth place with a score of 276 (-16) was another French athlete, Celine Herbin, in fifth with a score of 277 (-15) were England’s Cara Gainer and Slovenia’s Pia Babnik, in seventh with a score of 278 (-14), and in 13th with a score of 283 (-9) was France’s Camille Chevalier, who had led after three rounds with Herbin and collapsed with an 80 (+7).

With fairly consistent performances, Anna Zanusso, 25, finished 19th with a score of 284 (71 70 72 71, -8), earning her fourth cash in five appearances, and Alessia Nobilio, 24, who achieved her best performance in the first seven races, finished 24th with a score of 285 (72 68 72 73, -7). Roberta Liti, 102nd with a 150 (76 74 +4), made the cut.

The final was rainy and suspended when Alexander was due to complete a hole. Perhaps distracted, she bogeyed (66, -7, two eagles, five birdies, two bogeys) and put Rudgeley back in contention, who recovered with a birdie (67, -6, seven birdies, one bogey), while Laisne also missed the birdie for the win with a putt of about two meters (69, -4, one eagle, three birdies, one bogey). The South African made par on the first extra hole, leaving the way open for her opponents, who each birdied.
