On the par-72 course at the DLF Golf & Country Club in New Delhi, India, Fitzpatrick, winning his first title, finished with a partial 69 (-3), overtaking defending champion Eugenio Chacarra of Spain in the closing stages. Chacarra was second with a 281 (-7) after leading the middle two rounds. The Englishman (eight birdies, three bogeys, and a double bogey) mounted his comeback with five birdies in seven holes, allowing himself the luxury of a double bogey to close out the match. Meanwhile, Chacarra, leading the way at the 14th, collapsed with three bogeys (75, +3, three birdies, six bogeys).

In third place with a 283 (-5) are Frenchman Ugo Coussaud, South African MJ Daffue, and Englishman Andy Sullivan. In sixth place, along with Molinari, are Scotsmen Ewen Ferguson and Calum Hill, and another Scot, David Law, joined Manassero. Gregorio De Leo finished 54th with a 300 (+12), and Stefano Mazzoli finished 65th with a 308 (+20).

Alex Fitzpatrick, a 27-year-old from Sheffield, has been a pro since 2022. He is the younger brother of Matt, a major winner, and before this success, he had one on the HotelPlanner Tour (British Challenge, 2023). He has recently enjoyed a rising form, evidenced by 14th and sixth-place finishes in his two previous outings in South Africa (South African Open and Joburg Open). He was rewarded with the top prize of $433,500 from a prize pool of $2,550,000.

Francesco Molinari (72 72 71 70) finished in the top ten for the third time in five appearances, rising from 13th place with a 70 (-2, three birdies, one bogey). Matteo Manassero (72 72 74 68) rallied from the 30th round with six birdies and two bogeys for a 68 (-4), his lowest score of the day and his best performance of the season. Those who failed to make the cut were Francesco Laporta, 84th with a 151 (+7), Filippo Celli, 109th with a 155 (+11), and Edoardo Molinari, 117th with a 156 (+12), who returned to the circuit after a hand injury.
